Santiago won the last time they faced Diamond Ranch and things went their way on Saturday too. Santiago came out on top against Diamond Ranch by a score of 2-0.

Reyce Ongalibang paced Santiago's offense, picking up six kills. Ongalibang got some help from Carson Chambers and his 12 assists. Ongalibang was also solid from the service line: he led the team with three aces.

Santiago is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine games. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-7 record this season. Diamond Ranch is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-10.

Santiago wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Murrieta Valley on the 22nd. As for Diamond Ranch, they will take on Bishop Amat at 4:45 p.m. on Tuesday.
