Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Cambridge Rindge & Latin). They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 69-66 victory over the Brockton Boxers on Friday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Falcons also won the last time the pair played back in December of 2023.

Cambridge Rindge & Latin's win bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Brockton, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-5.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Cambridge Rindge & Latin will head out to square off against Chelsea at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Brockton, they are taking a road trip to take on Durfee at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Durfee will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something Brockton surely won't give up without a fight.
