Basketball Recap: Hardee Takes a Loss

It's hard to turn regular season success into postseason wins, a fact Hardee can now relate to. They lost to the Lake Region Thunder on the road by a 57-41 margin on Monday. The Wildcats just can't catch a break and have now endured five losses in a row.

Christopher German went supernova for Lake Region, going 6 for 8 on his way to 22 points and five steals. That's the most steals German has posted since back in December of 2024. Emondre Wilson was another key player, putting up 11 points.

Hardee's defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Lake Region, they are on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matches, which provided a massive bump to their 7-17 record this season.

Hardee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Lake Region, they will face off against Bishop Moore at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
