Basketball Recap: West Monona Comes Up Short

West Monona was the 58-56 winner over Kingsley-Pierson when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. The West Monona Spartans took a 68-62 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kingsley-Pierson Panthers. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

West Monona's record is now 9-12. As for Kingsley-Pierson, their win bumped their record up to 8-11.

West Monona does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Kingsley-Pierson, a feisty cat fight will be fought when the Panthers take on the Cougars at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
