Sioux County has been on the road for two straight, but on Friday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Edgemont Moguls at 12:15 p.m. on Friday. Having both just faced considerable losses, both teams are looking to turn things around.
Sioux County suffered their biggest loss yet this season on Tuesday. Their tough 47-25 defeat to Morrill might stick with them for a while. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat Sioux County has suffered against Morrill since January 30, 2021.
Meanwhile, Edgemont suffered a rough 58-32 loss at the hands of Hyannis on Tuesday. Edgemont was in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 39-18.
Sioux County bumped their record down to 2-9 with that defeat, which was their seventh straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Edgemont, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-10.
