Soccer Recap: Lafayette Victorious

Lafayette's game on Saturday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but luckily for them it didn't stay that way. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Kosciusko Whippets. The Commodores have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Whippets, too.

The victory got Lafayette back to even at 6-6. As for Kosciusko, their defeat ended a three-game streak of away wins and brought them to 6-9.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Lafayette will take on West Point in a holiday battle at at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Kosciusko, they will head out on the road to challenge Starkville at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
