Soccer Game Preview: Ada vs. Cory-Rawson

The Ada Bulldogs will challenge the Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.

On Tuesday, Ada came up short against Kalida and fell 3-1.

The Bulldogs' goal came courtesy of Joshua Thaxton, who's now up to four this season.

Meanwhile, Cory-Rawson had to endure a 12-match losing streak, but that streak is no more. They came out on top against Woodmore by a score of 5-3 on Monday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Cory-Rawson's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Ada's loss dropped their record down to 8-4-2. As for Cory-Rawson, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-12.

Ada took their win against Cory-Rawson in their previous matchup back in October of 2024 by a conclusive 13-0 score. Will the Bulldogs repeat their success, or do the Fighting Hornets have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
