Baseball Game Preview: Tri-West Hendricks Bruins vs. Frankfort Hot Dogs

For the second straight game, Tri-West Hendricks will face off against Frankfort. The Bruins will venture away from home to take on the Hot Dogs at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Tri-West Hendricks will be looking to extend their current five-game winning streak.

On Tuesday, Tri-West Hendricks earned an 8-4 victory over Frankfort.

Tri-West Hendricks let Ethan Frye and Grayson Quinlan run wild. Frye went 1-for-3 with two runs, one double, and one RBI, while Quinlan got on base in three of his four plate appearances with one stolen base and one run. That stolen base was Quinlan's first of the season. The team also got some help courtesy of Jackson Catt, who went 2-for-4 with one run and one double.

Tri-West Hendricks' win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-3. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.3 runs on average over those games. As for Frankfort, their loss ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 10-3.
