Constantine dropped their record down to 16-9 on Monday, which also ended the team's three-game streak of wins. They lost 11-4 to the Three Rivers Wildcats. If the Falcons were looking for revenge after losing 11-8 to the Wildcats when the teams met back in May of 2023, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for Three Rivers, they are on a roll lately: they've won ten of their last 11 contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 17-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.4 runs over those games.

For Three Rivers' part, Gabe Young was a standout: he went 3-for-4 with four RBI, one run, and one double. That's the most hits Young has posted since back in April. Louis Smith was another key player, going 2-for-4 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double.

While Constantine had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair will be back at it again later today.
