Soccer Game Preview: Northwest vs. King's

The Northwest House will head out to face off against the King's Knights at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Northwest is looking to tack another W on to their season record, something they couldn't quite do against University Prep on April 9th. Neither the House nor the Pumas could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw.

Meanwhile, King's had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 3.3 goals) and they went ahead and made it five on Thursday. They blew past the Falcons 6-1. That looming 6-1 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for King's yet this season.

With that draw, Northwest's record moves to 3-2-1. As for King's, their win bumped their record up to 8-3-1.

Northwest suffered a grim 11-2 defeat to King's when the teams last played back in April of 2025. Can the House avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
