Volleyball Recap: Olivia Sosa and Avery Herman Secure Win for Orangewood Christian

Orangewood Christian entered their tilt with Montverde Academy on Tuesday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They put the hurt on the Eagles with a sharp 3-0 victory. That's more bragging rights for the Rams, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Orangewood Christian not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Montverde Academy between 16 and 18 points across their sets. The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-18, 25-17.

Orangewood Christian was led to victory by Avery Herman and Olivia Sosa. Herman had four digs and four aces, while Sosa had 11 digs and two assists. What's more, Herman racked up 17 assists, the most she's had over her last nine matches.
