Baseball Recap: Liberty Magnet Sets Scoring Season-High Against East Feliciana

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Liberty Magnet). They blew past the East Feliciana Tigers 21-0 on Thursday. The Patriots haven't had any issues with the Tigers recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive win against them.

Seth Dupont looked comfortable as he pitched three innings while giving up no earned runs or hits. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-low in earned runs (zero).

At the plate, Tyler Houston was a standout: he scored three runs and stole Two bases. while going 2-for-2. That's the most stolen bases he has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Seth Trosclair, who scored three runs and stole Two bases. while getting on base in three of his four plate appearances.

Liberty Magnet always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .688. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as East Feliciana only posted an OBP of .333.

Liberty Magnet's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for East Feliciana, they are on a seven-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-5.
