Football Recap: Tomah Comes Up Short

Tomah lost against Sparta back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Timberwolves lost 31-7 to the Spartans. The Timberwolves have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Tomah's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for Sparta, they now have a winning record of 3-2.

Looking ahead, Tomah will host Holmen at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Vikings' defense has only allowed 10.4 points per game this season, so the Timberwolves' offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Sparta, they are taking a road trip to take on La Crosse Central at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Riverhawks will roll in looking for their fourth straight victory, something the Spartans surely won't give up without a fight.
