Boston English had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They beat the Mount Greylock Regional Mounties on Monday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 16-2. Winning may never get old, but the Eagles sure are getting used to it with their tenth in a row.

Boston English's victory bumped their record up to 20-5. As for Mount Greylock Regional, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 9-15.

Looking ahead, Boston English will host Westfield Technical Academy at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Tigers' pitching crew has only allowed 2.4 runs per game this season, so the Eagles' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
