Baseball Game Preview: Garces Memorial Rams vs. Centennial Golden Hawks

For the second straight game, Garces Memorial will face off against Centennial. Garces Memorial will be playing at home against Centennial at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (Garces Memorial 3.6, Centennial 1.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.

On Monday, Garces Memorial came up short against Centennial and fell 7-3. The Rams have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

D'Angelo Flynn put in work no matter where he played. He struck out eight batters over five innings while giving up three earned runs off six hits. Flynn was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-3 with one home run and two RBI. That home run was his first of the season.

Centennial has been performing well recently as they've won six of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 8-3 record this season. Garces Memorial's loss dropped their record down to 7-3.
