While Lincoln's win against Richland County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Railsplitters sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 2-1 victory over the Tigers on Friday. Lincoln haven't had any issues with Richland County recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive win against them.

TJ Morris and Carter Ferguson scored both of Lincoln's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Lincoln's victory bumped their record up to 3-13. As for Richland County, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 10-5-2.

Coming up, Lincoln will be taking part in a tournament against Newton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Richland County, they will head out on the road to challenge Mattoon at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday.
