Broadway entered their tilt with Luray on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They strolled past the Luray Bulldogs with points to spare, taking the game 49-33. Given the Gobblers' advantage in MaxPreps' Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 70th, while the Bulldogs are ranked 239th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Broadway's win bumped their record up to 7-1. As for Luray, their loss was their fifth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-7.

Broadway will challenge William Monroe at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Luray, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Madison County at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
