The UME Preparatory Academy EAGLES put the hurt on the Poetry Community Christian Pioneer with a sharp 56-35 victory. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 39-17.

UME Preparatory Academy's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from TJ Maye, who went 6 for 11 on his way to 15 points. Lemuel Moitinho Martinez was another key player, putting up five points and five steals.

UME Preparatory Academy is on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four contests, which provided a nice bump to their 6-10 record this season. They've dominated over that stretch too, winning by an average of 31.3 points. As for Poetry Community Christian, they dropped their record down to 1-16 with the loss, which was their tenth straight on the road.
