Basketball Recap: Hidden Valley Victorious

It's playoff time, and Hidden Valley had no trouble coming through when it counted. They skirted past the Stayton Eagles 56-53. 56 seems to be a good number for the Mustangs as the team scooped up a victory with the same number of points in their previous game.

The win made it two in a row for Hidden Valley and bumps their season record up to 16-9. As for Stayton, their loss dropped their record down to 13-9.

Looking ahead, Hidden Valley will challenge Crook County at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday. Crook County will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Hidden Valley surely won't give up without a fight. Stayton does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
