 Cascade has been on the road for two straight, but  on Friday they'll finally head home. They will take on the Huntland Hornets at 6:00  p.m.  on Friday. Cascade is strutting in with some hitting muscle, as they've averaged 9.2  runs per game this season.
 On Wednesday, Cascade earned  a  6-1 win over Moore County.
  Andrew Craig made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run and  only two  hits while striking out ten over five innings pitched. Craig was also big at the plate,  scoring a  run while going 2-for-4.
 In other batting news,  Jordan Childress was  excellent,  scoring two  runs and  stealing two bases while going 2-for-4.
 Meanwhile,  the matchup between Huntland and Cascade  on Monday hardly resembled the  2-0 effort from their previous meeting. Huntland fell victim to a  rough 18-3 defeat at the hands of Cascade. Huntland has not had much luck with Cascade recently, as the team's come up short the last three times they've met.
 Cascade's victory bumped their record up to 4-1. As for Huntland, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.
 Cascade took their  win against Huntland  in their previous meeting  on Monday by a conclusive  18-3. Will Cascade repeat their success,  or does  Huntland have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
