While Greenback's win against Harriman wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Cherokees had just enough and edged out the Blue Devils 5-4 on Monday. The Cherokees haven't had any issues with the Blue Devils recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive victory against them.

Cooper Holt made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He tossed three innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits. He has been consistent recently: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in four consecutive appearances. He was also solid in the batter's box, going 1-for-4 with one run, one double, and one RBI.

In other batting news, the team relied heavily on Kolden Williams, who went 2-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and two RBI. Another player making a difference was Gabriel Severance, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, one run, and one RBI.

Greenback's record is now 13-11. As for Harriman, they have been struggling recently as they've lost five of their last six games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 7-11 record this season.
