Basketball Recap: Oilton Takes a Loss

Oilton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They were dealt a 49-15 defeat at the hands of the Yale Bulldogs. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Panthers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 60-25 back in December of 2024.

Oilton's loss dropped their record down to 1-23. As for Yale, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 8-13.

Oilton didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 92-24 defeat against Davenport on the 7th. As for Yale, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 36-24 loss against Agra on the 7th.
