Volleyball Recap: Davis Sr. Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Davis Sr. extended their losing streak to six on Monday, dropping them down to 13-11. They lost 3-0 to the St. Francis Troubadours. If the Blue Devils were looking for revenge after losing 3-0 to the Troubadours when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

As for St. Francis, the win (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 22-4. They not only won on Monday, but they posted their biggest win since September 17th (when they won 3-0).

St. Francis can attribute much of their success to Malia Fat, who had 18 digs. That's the most digs Fat has posted over her last eight matches.

Davis Sr. and St. Francis could both be facing uphill battles in their next games considering their disadvantage in the MaxPreps California Rankings. The Blue Devils (ranked 200th) will meet Folsom (ranked 66th) at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Meanwhile, St. Francis will square off against Rocklin at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday with a big rank disadvantage (69 vs. 10).
