Parkland lost to Mount Tabor last Tuesday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Monday. The Parkland Mustangs strolled past the Mount Tabor Spartans with points to spare, taking the game 60-46. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Mustangs.

Parkland's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Jordan Fisher, who went 6-for-10 en route to 22 points in addition to eight rebounds and four steals. What's more, Fisher also posted two blocks, the most she's had since back in November of 2024. Kimora Brooks was another key player, going 5-for-9 on her way to 18 points.

Mount Tabor's loss came despite strong showings from Shaymiah Bailey and Kayden Grayson. Bailey dropped a double-double with 18 points and 15 boards, while Grayson put up ten points along with five rebounds and three steals. The match was Bailey's fifth in a row with at least 16 points. Another player making a difference was Ella-Ashleigh Fulp, who scored two points and eight boards.

Parkland's record now sits at 16-9. As for Mount Tabor, their loss dropped their record down to 9-15.

Looking ahead, Parkland and Davie will face off at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday without much rest, having both just played. One thing working in Davie's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last seven games. Mount Tabor does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
