Carvers Bay won the last time they faced Green Sea Floyds and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Carvers Bay Bears enjoyed a cozy 58-44 win over the Green Sea Floyds Trojans. The victory was nothing new for the Bears as they're now sitting on five straight.

Leading Carvers Bay to victory were Kenard Heyward and Mekhi Bromell. Heyward went 7 for 15 en route to 20 points and five boards, while Bromell posted nine points in addition to six rebounds and four steals. That makes it three consecutive games in which Heyward has scored at least a third of Carvers Bay's points. The team also got some help courtesy of Jaden Bell, who had nine points.

Carvers Bay's win was their fourth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 10-8. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 59.3 points per game. As for Green Sea Floyds, their defeat was their first in the region, dropping their region record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 9-5.

Carvers Bay will square off against Hannah-Pamplico at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Carvers Bay is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 53.5 points per game this season. As for Green Sea Floyds, they will head out to square off against Latta at 8:00 p.m. on Friday.
