Volleyball Recap: Kenosha Christian Life Takes a Loss

Kenosha Christian Life was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Living Word Lutheran Timberwolves. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Eagles of the 3-0 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Sofia Hogard paced Kenosha Christian Life's offense, picking up three kills. Hogard got some help from Bella Brown and her four assists. Sarah Nelson controlled things from the service line, finishing with two aces.

Living Word Lutheran found their leader in sophomore Makenna Bynum, who had seven digs and two aces.

Kenosha Christian Life's loss dropped their record down to 17-17. As for Living Word Lutheran, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 30-7.

Looking ahead, Kenosha Christian Life will face off against University Lake at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Living Word Lutheran does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
