Volleyball Recap: New Haven Takes a Loss

New Haven was the 2-0 winner over Fort Wayne Northrop when they last played one another back in August of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Bulldogs fell just short of the Bruins by a score of 2-1 on Saturday. The Bulldogs have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, New Haven sadly dropped the once that decided the match. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 12-25, 15-12.

New Haven now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Fort Wayne Northrop, their win (their first of the season) made their record 1-2.

Looking ahead, New Haven will take on Woodlan at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Fort Wayne Northrop, they will face off against Norwell at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
