Saucon Valley had already won 12 in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 10.3 points) and they went ahead and made it 13 on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Palisades Pirates by a score of 57-46. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 49-28 back in January.

Saucon Valley had a senior duo take command as Adam Clark dropped a double-double on 19 points and 11 boards and Jack Robertson went 6 of 15 on his way to 18 points and three steals. Clark's evening made it three games in a row in which he has scored at least ten points. Andrew Gilbert was another key player, putting up eight points and six rebounds.

Saucon Valley smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 14 offensive boards. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Palisades only pulled down eight offensive rebounds.

Palisades lost despite a true team effort on offense, the best among them being Blake Oglialoro, who posted 16 points and three blocks. Those three blocks gave Oglialoro a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Will Anderson, who put up six points and nine boards.

Saucon Valley has been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 contests, which provided a nice bump to their 18-4 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.7 points per game. As for Palisades, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 15 of their last 16 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 3-19 record this season.

Saucon Valley will be playing at home against Salisbury Township at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Palisades does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
