Basketball Recap: Taconic Extends Road Winning Streak to Ten

Taconic came tearing into Tuesday's game with four straight wins (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 12.3 points) and they left with even more momentum. They came out on top against the Agawam Brownies by a score of 69-62. The Thunder have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Brownies, too.

Taconic's victory was their tenth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 9-1. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 64.4 points per game. As for Agawam, they now have a losing record at 1-2.

Taconic will take on Hackley in a tournament on Saturday. As for Agawam, they will be playing at home against Chicopee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
