Perry Meridian waltzed into their game on Monday with eight straight wins... but they left with nine. They blew past the Mooresville Pioneers 3-0. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Falcons also won the last time the pair played back in April of 2024.

The final score came out to 25-14, 25-20, 25-15.

Dawt Cungnung paced Perry Meridian's offense, picking up 14 kills. Cungnung got some help from Thomas Cung and his 18 assists. Za Lian controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Perry Meridian's victory was their fifth straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 12-2. As for Mooresville, with the defeat, they broke their three-game winning streak and moved their record to 6-6.

Perry Meridian has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Indianapolis Lutheran on the 22nd. Mooresville has also already played their next contest (against Terre Haute South Vigo), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
