On Wednesday Reece Prickett tossed four innings while giving up just one earned (and one unearned) run off six hits. The effort also marked the fewest walks (zero) Prickett has had since back in April of 2024. As if that's not impressive enough, the pitching appearance was his third in a row with less than one earned run. For the year, he has an ERA of 2.33 over 9 innings pitched.

Coming up, Prickett and Shelbyville will take on Speedway at 5:30 p.m. on Friday.
