Soccer Recap: Bethel Falls Short Against Ranked Weston + How To Watch

Bethel faced Weston in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Sunday. The Wildcats fell just short of the Trojans by a score of 2-1. The contest was a 1-1 toss-up at halftime, but Bethel couldn't quite close it out.

Bethel's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 9-1-2 and their overall record down to 13-2-2. As for Weston, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 17-2.

As of now, neither Bethel nor the Trojans have any future games scheduled.
