Softball Recap: West Memphis Find Success

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Highland, West Memphis was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They skirted past the Midland Mustangs 11-10. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Blue Devils as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

West Memphis picked up their first road victory, bumping their record up to 2-8. As for Midland, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 4-7.

West Memphis and Midland will both get a bit of extra prep time before their next matches. The next time West Memphis sees the field they'll take on Batesville at 4:30 p.m. on April 1. As for Midland, their break will end when they face Clarendon at 4:30 p.m. on April 1.
