Basketball Recap: Sharpstown Comes Up Short

Sharpstown lost against Austin back in February and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Sharpstown Apollos fell 50-38 to the Austin Mustangs. The Apollos just can't catch a break and have now endured four losses in a row.

Sharpstown's defeat dropped their record down to 1-8. As for Austin, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 6-5.

Sharpstown will take on Wisdom in a tournament on Thursday. As for Austin, they will be home for the holidays to greet Galena Park at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
