Soccer Game Preview: Yucca Valley vs. Coachella Valley

Yucca Valley is 0-10 against Coachella Valley since December of 2019 but things could change on Tuesday. The Yucca Valley Trojans will be playing in front of their home fans against the Coachella Valley Mighty Arabs at 5:30 p.m. Neither team made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Yucca Valley lost 4-1 to Indio on Thursday.

Meanwhile, Coachella Valley unfortunately witnessed the end of their five-game winning streak on Friday. Neither they nor La Quinta could gain the upper hand so the two teams had to settle for a 1-1 draw. The result kept the Mighty Arabs happy, as they haven't lost a game since December 21, 2024.

Yucca Valley's loss dropped their record down to 5-5-1. Coachella Valley's draw gives them a new season record of 12-2-1.

Yucca Valley might still be hurting after the 4-1 defeat they got from Coachella Valley in their previous matchup last Thursday. That matchup was all but decided by halftime, at which point Yucca Valley was down 4-1.
