Football Game Preview: Coloma Comets vs. Galesburg-Augusta Rams + Official Tickets

The Coloma Comets are taking a road trip to take on the Galesburg-Augusta Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Coloma has given up an average of 35 points per game this season, but Friday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

On Friday, Coloma was beaten by Lawton 70-27. The defeat continues a trend for the Comets in their meetings with the Blue Devils: they've now lost seven in a row.

Coloma might have lost, but man, Maverick Kraemer was a machine: he threw for 282 yards and four touchdowns.

The home team had won the previous four meetings between Galesburg-Augusta and Kellogg, and Kellogg kept the tradition alive. The Rams took a 36-32 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Panthers on Friday.

Coloma now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Galesburg-Augusta, they now also have a losing record of 3-4.

Coloma didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Galesburg-Augusta when the teams last played back in October of 2024, but they still walked away with a 32-27 victory.
