Salem has gone a perfect 4-0 against Forrest County Agricultural recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. The Salem Wildcats will venture away from home to take on the Forrest County Agricultural Aggies at 6:30 p.m. Neither Salem nor Forrest County Agricultural posted many runs in their last games, so it might be the pitching crews that decide this one.

Salem managed to slip by Brookhaven the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. Salem came up short against Brookhaven on Thursday, falling 9-2.

Salem saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kynleigh Eggan, who scored a run and stole Two bases. while going 1-for-3.

Meanwhile, Forrest County Agricultural fell victim to Sumrall and their airtight pitching crew on Thursday. They lost 13-0 to the Bobcats. The Aggies just can't catch a break and have now endured three defeats in a row.

Forrest County Agricultural's loss dropped their record down to 5-11. As for Salem, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 4-7 record this season.

Everything went Salem's way against Forrest County Agricultural when the teams last played back in February, as Salem made off with a 17-0 win. Does Salem have another victory up their sleeve, or will Forrest County Agricultural turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
