Volleyball Recap: Palm Desert Gets the Win

Palm Desert saw some tournament action on Saturday. They had just enough and edged out the Sultana Sultans 2-1. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Aztecs.

The match was a true back-and-forth as no team won consecutive sets, but in the end it was Palm Desert who won the one that mattered. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 24-26, 15-13.

Palm Desert's win bumped their record up to 2-0.

Palm Desert wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 2-0 victory against Rialto on the 9th. As for Sultana, they have also already played their next game, a 2-0 win against Kaiser on the 9th.
