Jeffersontown lost to Eastern back in February, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Jeffersontown Chargers snuck past the Eastern Eagles with a 61-56 victory. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Chargers.

Despite the loss, Eastern still got an impressive performance from Cash Whitehead, who went 11 of 19 on his way to 27 points and six rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Rakale Johnson, who posted five points.

The win got Jeffersontown back to even at 2-2. As for Eastern, with the loss, they broke their four-game winning streak and moved their record to 4-3.

Jeffersontown will take on Butler County at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for Eastern, they will venture away from home to take on Bryan Station at 5:30 p.m. on Saturday.
