Dublin has gone 7-1 against Bleckley County recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Friday. After each having a week off, the two teams will shake off the cobwebs and hit the field against one another at 7:30 p.m. The two teams have allowed few points on average (Dublin 14.4, Bleckley County 14.1) so any points scored will be well earned.

Dublin will roll into the game after a wild two-game stretch: they didn't score any points back in September, then bounced right back against Academy for Classical Education last Friday. The Fighting Irish took down the Gryphons 42-27.

It was another big night for Travion Bostic, who rushed for 168 yards and a pair of touchdowns while picking up 8.4 yards per carry.

They were just one part of a punishing run game: Dublin was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 459 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've posted since back in November of 2024.

Meanwhile, Bleckley County had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 36 points) and they went ahead and made it five last Friday. They came within a single point of losing the streak, but they secured a 14-13 W against the Raiders. Those 14 points were actually the fewest the Royals have put up all season, but given the result they're probably not too concerned.

Bleckley County didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. In fact, those interceptions all came courtesy of defensive juggernaut Joshua Stanley. Tug Pasby was another major factor on D, making 11 total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Dublin's win bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Bleckley County, their victory bumped their record up to 6-1.

Everything came up roses for Dublin against Bleckley County in their previous matchup back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 48-17 win. Will the Fighting Irish repeat their success, or do the Royals have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
