Soccer Game Preview: Russellville vs. Farmington

The Russellville Cyclones will square off against the Farmington Cardinals at 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Russellville will come into the game with an undefeated record on the line.

Russellville is coming in fresh off a high-stakes matchup with another one of Arkansas' top teams: Siloam Springs, who was ranked 24th at the time (Russellville was ranked first). The Cyclones walked away with a 3-1 win over the Panthers on Friday.

Meanwhile, Farmington kept a clean sheet against Greenwood on Friday. They beat the Bulldogs by a goal, winning 1-0.

Russellville pushed their record up to 13-0 with the victory, which was their seventh straight at home. The home wins came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only given up two goals over those seven contests. As for Farmington, the victory got them back to even at 5-5.
