Basketball Recap: Mumford Takes a Loss

If Mumford was riding high fresh off their 75-35 takedown of Caldwell on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Mustangs fell just short of the Richards Panthers by a score of 40-38 on Friday.

Mumford now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Richards, the victory got them back to even at 1-1.

Coming up, Mumford will head out to face off against Rockdale at 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Richards, they will take on Rosehill Christian in a tournament on Monday.
