Basketball Game Preview: Florence Buffaloes vs. Comfort Bobcats/Deer

Florence hasn't had much luck against Comfort recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Florence Buffaloes will venture away from home to face off against the Comfort Bobcats/Deer at 6:15 p.m.

Florence is headed into Friday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their eighth straight game on Tuesday. They lost 56-36 to Ingram Moore.

Meanwhile, Comfort waltzed into their contest on Tuesday with six straight wins... but they left with seven. They walked away with a 64-55 victory over the Bulldogs.

Comfort is also on a roll lately: they've won eight of their last nine games, which provided a massive bump to their 20-10 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 63.1 points per game. As for Florence, their defeat dropped their record down to 8-14.

Florence was taken down by Comfort 76-41 in their previous matchup two weeks ago. Can Florence avenge their loss or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
