Basketball Recap: Pascagoula Panthers vs. Moss Point Tigers
In what's become a running theme this season, the Pascagoula Panthers gave their fans yet another huge victory on Friday. They claimed a resounding 78-41 victory over Moss Point at home. Winning may never get old, but Pascagoula sure is getting used to it with their fifth in a row.
Pascagoula's victory was their ninth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-2. They've been dominating during the contests in that stretch too, as they've won by an average of 28.2 points. As for Moss Point, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-12.
Pascagoula does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Moss Point will square off against the Wildcats at 8:30 p.m. on Thursday. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are closely ranked in Mississippi (Greene County is ranked 127th, while the Tigers are ranked 120th).
