After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Newport, Marked Tree was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Manila Lions 46-0. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Indians considering their six-point performance the matchup before.

The victory got Marked Tree back to even at 1-1. As for Manila, their loss dropped their record down to 0-2.

Looking ahead, Marked Tree will take on Gurdon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Manila, they will have a little extra prep time after the defeat as they won't be playing again for a while. They'll take on East Poinsett County at 7:00 p.m. on the 19th.
