Volleyball Recap: Santiago Comes Up Short on the Road Against Godinez Fundamental

Santiago had to start their season on the road on Tuesday, and it wasn't the start they were hoping for. They fell just short of the Godinez Fundamental Grizzlies by a score of 3-2. The Cavaliers haven't had much luck with the Grizzlies recently, as the team has come up short the last four times they've met.

The victory made it two in a row for Godinez Fundamental and bumps their season record up to 3-1.

Coincidentally, Santiago and Godinez Fundamental will both be playing Santa Ana Valley the next time they take the court. The Cavaliers will head out to face the Falcons at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, while the Grizzlies will host them at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
