Record-breaking quarterbacks and highly productive wide receivers highlight the 2010 U.S. Air Force Medium Schools All-American Team.

Among the quarterbacks listed on this year's team, which was selected by the MaxPreps writing staff, were a three-time state MVP, a record-setting passer from Florida and a mercurial athlete who simply refused to let his team lose to some of the top teams in the country.
Kiehl Frazier of Shiloh Christian led his team to the state championship in Arkansas and was named the state MVP for the third straight season. Meanwhile Quentin Williams of Jefferson (Tampa, Fla.) set a state record for touchdown passes in a season with 56 while leading his team to a state title.
Then there is Dano Graves of Folsom (Calif.), who accounted for an incredible 85 touchdowns on the season - a state record - while leading the Bulldogs to wins over previously unbeaten, and highly ranked, Grant (Sacramento) and Serra (Gardena) in winning the California Division II state bowl game.
The three quarterbacks are among the candidates for the Medium Schools Player of the Year honor, which will be announced on Wednesday.
Meanwhile the group of receivers on the two teams includes six players who averaged 81 receptions, 1,583 yards and 20 touchdowns.
The rest of the Medium Schools All-American Team includes a number of players who also made the MaxPreps All-American team. They include Sammy Watkins of South Fort Myers, Dorial Green-Beckham of Hillcrest, Ben Koyack of Oil City, Matt Hegarty of Aztec, Zach Banner of Lakes, Reese Dismukes of Spanish Fort, Rushel Shell of Hopewell, Derrick Alexander of Washington, Villiami Moala of Grant, Anthony Johnson of O. Perry Walker, Nate Fakahafua of Highland, Lamar Dawson of Boyle County, Stephone Anthony of Anson, Lawrence Thomas of Renaissance, Doran Grant of St. Vincent-St. Mary, George Farmer of Serra, DaVaris Daniels of Vernon Hills, Williams, Frazier and Graves. Their performance at the medium school level warranted them being chosen to the overall All-American Team as well.
Medium School All-Americans are chosen from teams that play amongst the school divisions in each state that have an approximately 1,000 to 2,000 student enrollment. Some schools may have a bit more than 2,000 or under 1,000 depending on the structure of the state enrollment division. A complete list of the enrollment divisions can be found below.

Sammy Watkins, WR, 6-2, 194, South Fort Myers (Fla.), Senior, Clemson
The speedy Watkins was the News-Press player of the year after catching 54 passes for 1,268 yards and 14 scores.
Dorial Green-Beckham, WR, 6-6, 220, Hillcrest (Springfield, Mo.), Junior, Undecided
Green-Beckham could go down as one of the top high school receivers ever. With his 78 catches for 1,706 yards and 17 touchdowns this year, he now holds Missouri career records for most receiving yards (4,154) and touchdowns (51).
Jaxon Shipley, WR, 6-2, 190, Brownwood (Texas), Senior, Texas
The Texas 3A State Player of the Year by the Texas Coaches Association, Shipley led Brownwood to a 14-1 record and to the 3A state semifinals. He caught 86 passes for 1,656 yards and 27 touchdowns.
Ben Koyack, TE, 6-5, 240, Oil City (Pa.), Senior, Notre Dame
An AAA all-state pick in the Keystone State, Koyack snagged 62 passes for 1,031 yards, finding the end zone 11 times.
Matt Hegarty, OL, 6-5, 285, Aztec (N.M.), Senior, Notre Dame
Hegarty, who is South Bend-bound, is New Mexico's top recruit and earned all-state honors as a senior.
Zach Banner, OL, 6-9, 310, Lakes (Lakewood, Wash.), Junior, Undecided
Banner is one of the nation's top juniors and earned 3A all-state recognition.
Reese Dismukes, OL, 6-5, 292, Spanish Fort (Ala.), Senior, Auburn
An ASWA Super 12 selection and 5A's lineman on the year, Dismukes was a dominant force for Spanish Fort in the trenches.
Conor Hanratty, OL, 6-5, 310, New Canaan (Conn.), Senior, Notre Dame
Son of former Pittsburgh Steeler quarterback Terry Hanratty, Conor is a two-time all-state selection at New Canaan and helped open up holes for an offense that gained more than 5,000 yards during the season. He will follow in his father's footsteps and play at Notre Dame.
Watts Dantzler, OL, 6-7, 310, Dalton (Ga.), Senior, Georgia
The top line recruit in the Peach State, Dantzler is a 3A all-state choice by the coaches and sportswriters and will stay home to play for the Bulldogs. He had 58 pancake blocks on the season.
Quentin Williams, QB, 6-1, 190, Jefferson (Tampa, Fla.), Senior, Bethune-Cookman
Florida's Mr. Football, Williams completed 214 of 326 passes for 4,451 yards and 56 touchdowns in leading Jefferson to a 3A state title. Williams used his legs to rush for an additional 10 touchdowns.
Kiehl Frazier, QB, 6-3, 210, Shiloh Christian (Springdale, Ark.), Senior, Auburn
One of the nation's top dual-threat players, Frazier was 153 of 243 passing for 2,975 yards and 42 touchdowns. Using his legs, he rushed 164 times for 1,164 yards and 22 touchdowns. Named the State Player of the Year by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette.

Rushel Shell, RB, 5-11, 215, Hopewell (Aliquippa, Pa.), Junior, Undecided
Shell gained 2,510 yards on 323 carries this season, scoring 32 times. He has 29 consecutive 100-yard games. The WPIAL Player of the Year by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
Terrell Watson, RB, 6-2, 215, Oxnard (Calif.), Senior, Undecided
The leading rusher in the state of California, Watson was also named the Defensive Player of the Year in Ventura County. He ran for 2,905 yards on 369 carries with 37 touchdowns. Watson also had 100 tackles on defense.
Shaun Warren, RB, 5-7, 175, Carson (China Grove, N.C.), Senior, Undecided
Named the State Player of the Year by NC Preps, Warren ran for 2,967 yards, the second highest total in state history. He scored 31 touchdowns and rushed for more than 200 yards 10 times. He finished his career with 6,023 yards rushing in three seasons.
Dano Graves, ATH, 5-9, 185, Folsom (Calif.), Senior, Undecided
Graves was the driving force behind Folsom's CIF Bowl-winning season. He completed 236 of 366 passes for 3,702 yards and 62 touchdowns, while rushing 165 times for 994 yards and another 23 scores. He was named the Sacramento Bee's Metro Player of the Year.
Antonio Escobedo, K, 5-6, 150, East Central (Tulsa, Okla.), Senior, Undecided
The kicker of the year in Oklahoma, Escobedo connected on 15 field goals, including a long of 45. He also was true on 55 extra point attempts for the season.{PAGEBREAK}
FIRST TEAM DEFENSEDerrick Alexander, DL, 6-3, 263, Washington (Tulsa, Okla.), Senior, Louisiana-Monroe
The Tulsa World named Alexander its Player of the Year after he registered 151 tackles and 14 sacks and helped lead Washington to the 5A state championship.

Villiami Moala, DL, 6-3, 340, Grant (Sacramento, Calif.), Senior, Undecided
In a year dominated by defensive ends around the country, Moala stands out as one of the top interior linemen, registering 131 tackles and 16 sacks en route to Sacramento Bee Defensive Player of the Year honors.
Anthony Johnson, DL, 6-3, 285, O. Perry Walker (New Orleans), Senior, LSU
With 129 tackles and 17 sacks, Johnson, a 4A all-state pick, was named Louisiana's Mr. Football.
Nate Fakahafua, DL, 6-4, 195, Highland (Salt Lake City), Senior, Utah
Utah's 4A player of the year, Fakahafua caught 58 passes for 1,351 yards and 17 touchdowns. He also starred at defensive end where he had 17 sacks.
Lamar Dawson, LB, 6-2, 240, Boyle County (Danville, Ky.), Senior, Undecided
One of the most heavily recruited linebackers in the country, Dawson was in on 158 tackles and also grabbed four interceptions. He helped Boyle County win the 4A state championship and was a Courier-Journal all-state pick for the second straight season. He finished with 502 tackles in his career.
Stephone Anthony, LB, 6-3, 220, Anson (Wadesboro, N.C.), Senior, Undecided
Anthony punished opposing offenses to the tune of 123 tackles, four sacks, and two interceptions, helping him gain all-state recognition. He was also selected the Defensive Player of the Year in North Carolina by NCPreps.
Lawrence Thomas, LB, 6-4, 242, Renaissance (Detroit), Senior, Michigan State
With 84 tackles, nine sacks, and four forced fumbles, Thomas was an all-state selection as well as a Free-Press Dream Team pick.
Brent Calloway, LB, 6-2, 225, Russellville (Ala.), Senior, Alabama
The 3A State Offensive Player of the Year, Calloway is regarded as the No. 3 recruit in Alabama. He rushed for 2,100 yards and 32 touchdowns and reportedly had 21 sacks on defense.

A.J. Johnson, LB, 6-3, 227, Gainesville (Ga.), Senior, Tennessee
The Gainesville area Player of the Year, Johnson posted 173 tackles, including 10 for loss, and also rushed for 429 yards and six touchdowns. He was also named the 3A State Defensive Player of the Year by state coaches and sportswriters.
Doran Grant, DB, 5-11, 180, St. Vincent-St. Mary (Akron, Ohio), Senior, Ohio State
Grant earned a reputation as one of the country's finest shutdown cornerbacks. He was the Ohio Division 3 Defensive Player of the Year and the Akron Beacon Journal Player of the Year. He recently chose to attend Ohio State next year.
George Farmer, DB, 6-2, 210, Serra (Gardena, Calif.), Senior, USC
Farmer was a do-everything star for Serra, starring at receiver as well as safety, where he picked off three passes. He caught 65 passes for 1,514 yards and 14 touchdowns and led Serra to a 29-1 record the past two seasons.
Davaris Daniels, DB, 6-2, 164, Vernon Hills (Ill.), Senior, Notre Dame
Not only did Daniels accumulate 1,773 all-purpose yards, but he intercepted six passes from the safety position en route to Chicago Sun-Times all-area honors.
Dallas Crawford, DB, 5-11, 189, South Fort Myers (Fla.), Senior, Undecided.
An outstanding quarterback, Crawford is the all-time leading passer in Lee County with 8,451 career yards, including 2,374 yards this year with 26 touchdowns. However, he was the News Press Defensive Player of the Year for the second year in a row after intercepting nine passes this year with 73 tackles. He has 19 interceptions the past two seasons and has returned five for touchdowns.
Nick Buchanan, P, 6-3, 190, Pacific (Mo.), Senior, Undecided
The All-Metro punter by the Post-Dispatch, Buchanan was also an all-state selection while averaging 45.9 yards on 32 punts this season for the Indians.{PAGEBREAK}

Marqise Lee, WR, 6-1, 185, Serra (Gardena, Calif.), Senior, Undecided
A standout on both sides of the ball, Lee caught 57 passes for 1,409 yards and 23 touchdowns and was also a force in the secondary with 45 tackles and three interceptions.

Max Morrison, WR, 6-1, 165, Kenton (Ohio), Senior, Cincinnati
An all-state Division IV choice, Morrison led the nation in receptions, with 142, and yardage, with 2,033. He also caught 27 touchdown passes. Morrison finished his career among the all-time receiving leaders with 289 catches, 4,147 yards and 56 touchdowns.
Alex Chisum, WR, 6-2, 182, Sandy Creek (Tyrone, Ga.), Senior, Cincinnati
The 3A state offensive player of the year by the Georgia coaches, Chisum caught 69 passes for 1,426 yards and 11 touchdowns in leading Sandy Creek to the AAA state championship.
Kentrell Brothers, TE, 6-2, 220, Guthrie (Okla.), Senior, Missouri
Brothers was named the Defensive Player of the Year in the state of Oklahoma by the Oklahoman. He caught 63 passes for 1,304 yards and 18 touchdowns and also had 100 tackles and 19 sacks on defense. Finished his career with 156 receptions for 2,984 yards and 44 touchdowns.
Jordan Rigsbee, OL, 6-5, 285, Pleasant Valley (Chico, Calif.), Senior, California
A two-time All-Northern Section pick in California, Rigsbee was the highest-rated lineman in the state by several ranking services. Will follow brother Tyler to play for the Bears.
Nick Martin, OL, 6-5, 265, Bishop Chatard (Indianapolis), Senior, Kentucky
An all-state pick in the 3A division, Martin was also a member of the Indy Star Super Team.
Ryan Klachko, OL, 6-4, 280, Sacred Heart-Griffin (Springfield, Ill.), Senior, Nebraska
One of the top-rated linemen in the state, Klachko found a home on the Chicago Tribune All-State Team.
Anthony Zettel, OL, 6-4, 255, Ogemaw Heights (West Branch, Mich.), Senior, Penn State
This future Nittany Lion was a member of the Free Press and Detroit News Dream Teams. Also saw time at fullback late in the season for Ogemaw Heights.
Angelo Mangiro, OL, 6-3, 295, Roxbury (Succasunna, N.J.), Senior, Penn State
Landed on the New Jersey all-state team for the second straight season and was also an All-Group 3 selection for Roxbury.
Maty Mauk, QB, 6-2, 185, Kenton (Ohio), Junior, Undecided
Mauk is on pace to shatter national passing records next year after posting video game stats this season while leading the nation in passing yardage and touchdowns. He completed 372 of 568 passes for 5,670 yards and 69 touchdowns while rushing 164 times for 974 yards and 16 scores. He enters his senior season with 971 completions, 1,544 attempts, 13,519 yards and 151 touchdowns.
Rathen Ricedorff, QB, 6-0, 165, Show Low (Ariz.), Senior, Arizona State
Named the small schools player of the year in Arizona after leading Show Low to a 3A state championship, Ricedorf completed 235 of 344 passes for 4,413 yards and 55 touchdowns with only eight interceptions. He set Arizona career passing records with 112 touchdowns and 8,428 yards. He will walk on at Arizona State after a two-year church mission.
Michael Holmes, RB, 6-0, 195, Harrisonburg (Va.), Senior, Virginia Tech
A two-time State Player of the Year, Holmes had another huge season at Harrisonburg. He rushed 372 times for 2,877 yards and 41 touchdowns while leading his team to the state Division 4 finals. He ran for 2,749 yards and 41 touchdowns last year and was named the state AA player of the year by Virginia Preps.
I'tavius Mathers, RB, 5-10, 185, Blackman (Murfreesboro, Tenn.), Junior, Undecided
The Tennessean's Player of the Year, Mathers gained 2,614 yards and 29 touchdowns on 240 carries. He also returned two kickoffs for touchdowns.

Aliston Cobb, RB, 5-10, 170, Douglass (Oklahoma City), Senior, Undecided
Selected by the Oklahoman as the State Offensive Player of the Year, Cobb rushed for 2,448 yards on 216 carries with 32 touchdowns in leading Douglass to the 4A state title. He ran for 240 yards and two touchdowns in the championship game.
Nathan Ekhoff, K, 6-0, 140, Ponderosa (Parker, Colo.), Senior, Undecided
The State Kicker of the Year in Colorado by the Denver Post, Ekhoff connected on 13 of 16 field goals with a long of 52. He also made 33 extra points and seven of his field goals were at least 40 yards.
Brendan Nosovitch, Ath, 6-3, 195, Allentown Central Catholic (Pa.), Junior, Undecided
The State Player of the Year in Pennsylvania by the sportswriters association after leading Allentown Central Catholic to a 16-0 record and the state championship, Nosovitch completed 186 of 317 passes for 3,112 yards and 43 touchdowns. Robert Way, DL, 6-2, 200, Glades Central (Belle Glade, Fla.), Senior, Undecided
The Defensive Player of the Year in Palm County by the Sun Sentinel, Way had 99 tackles and 15 sacks in leading Glades Central to the Class 2A state championship game.

Puka Lopa, DL, 6-2, 250, Grant (Sacramento, Calif.), Senior, Undecided
Along with Moala, Lopa and the Pacers terrorized quarterbacks to the tune of 85 sacks as a team with Lopa registering a team-high 21 sacks. He was named the Sacramento Bee All-Metro Defensive Player of the Year along with Moala.
Darrell Warren, DL, 6-2, 225, Alcoa (Tenn.), Senior, Chattanooga
The Class Mr. AA Lineman in Tennessee, Warren helped lead Alcoa to an undefeated season and a seventh straight state championship. He registered 46 tackles with 12 sacks.
Noah Spence, DL, 6-4, 240, Bishop McDevitt (Harrisburg, Pa.), Senior, Undecided
Spence, a three-year starter, once again posted huge numbers for Bishop McDevitt. He finished with 101 tackles and 21 sacks.
Jason Gibson, LB, 6-3, 218, Serra (Gardena, Calif.), Senior, California
The leading tackler for the Cavaliers who went 29-1 over the past two seasons, Gibson had a team-high 93 tackles as a senior with 13.5 sacks. He was named to the Daily Breeze All-Area Team for the second year in a row.
Lateek Townsend, LB, 6-2, 200, Marlboro County (Bennettsville, S.C.), Senior, Undecided
A member of the SCVarsity.com All-State Team, Townsend had 132 tackles on the season and finished with 321 tackles over the past two years.
Luke Hill, LB, 5-10, 180, Poquoson (Va.), Senior, Undecided
Hill led the Islanders to the state championship and was named the Virginia AA defensive player of the year. He had 151 tackles, including 25 for loss, and also had five interceptions, four fumble recoveries and three sacks.
Grady Redding, LB, 5-10, 180, Cocoa (Fla.), Junior, Undecided
The Space Coast Defensive Player of the Year, Redding helped Cocoa win the 2A state championship with a defense that gave up less than six points an outing. Redding had 164 tackles on the year, including 106 unassisted with four sacks.
Tony Steward, LB, 6-2, 225, Menendez (St. Augustine, Fla.), Senior, Undecided
One of the top-ranked linebackers in the country, Steward won the Butkus Award, which honors the nation's top linebacker. He had 81 tackles, five sacks and an interception this year. He also had three kick returns for scores and is a two-time all-county player.

Marcus Peters, DB, 6-1, 185, McClymonds (Oakland, Calif.), Senior, Undecided
The Defensive Player of the Year in the East Bay by the Contra Costa Times, Peters had eight interceptions as a shutdown corner for the undefeated Warriors. He also had 15 touchdowns on offense.
Shaq Thompson, DB, 6-1, 195, Grant (Sacramento, Calif.), Junior, Undecided
A leader on both sides of the ball for one of Northern California's top programs, Thompson was a national player of the year candidate for much of the season, accounting for nearly 2,000 yards rushing in addition to his 54 tackles at the safety position.
Eric Cowan, DB, 5-10, 170, West Rowan (Mt. Ulla, N.C.), Senior, Undecided
The Rowan County Defensive Player of the Year by the Salisbury Post and an Associated Press all-state player, Cowan had 160 tackles and five interceptions on the season and helped West Rowan to another undefeated season and a national-best 46 straight wins.
Damian Swann, DB, 6-0, 175, Grady (Atlanta), Senior, Undecided
The City Player of the Year by the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Swann was also a 3A all-state selection and had seven interceptions on defense.
Kris Albarado, P, 6-0, 180, St. Louis (Lake Charles, La.), Senior, USC
Albarado averaged 45 yards per punt with eight pinned inside the opponent's 20-yard line. He earned all-state recognition on the Louisiana 4A all-state team.
