Volleyball Recap: St. Johns Beats Many Farms for Their Fourth Straight Victory + How To Watch

St. Johns waltzed into their contest on Thursday with three straight wins... but they left with four. Everything went their way against the Many Farms Lobos as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 on October 7th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-6, 25-17, 25-14.

St. Johns' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Susie Andrus, who had 15 assists and five aces. Those five aces gave Andrus a new career-high. Maci Heap also deserves some recognition as she had her first kill of the season.

They weren't the only good servers: St. Johns was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 23 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least nine aces in seven consecutive matchups.

St. Johns' victory bumped their record up to 21-8. As for Many Farms, they dropped their record down to 4-13 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road.

St. Johns didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 win against Round Valley on the 1st. Many Farms does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
