The Rock Hill Bearcats are taking a road trip to challenge the Central Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. Rock Hill is strutting in with some hitting muscle as they've averaged 8.5 runs per game this season.

Rock Hill is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Indian Land just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Saturday. They fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 3-2. The loss was the Bearcats' first of the season.

Rock Hill saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Anderson Tucker, who got on base in all three of his plate appearances with one stolen base. That stolen base was Tucker's first of the season.

Meanwhile, Central didn't have quite enough to beat Andrew Jackson on Saturday and fell 7-6. The Eagles haven't had much luck with the Volunteers recently, as the team has come up short the last nine times they've met.

Dylan Tomberlin made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one double. Mj Allen was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing a base.

Central's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Rock Hill, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.
