Volleyball Recap: Jordan Triumphs + How To Watch

Jordan won the last time they faced Cottonwood and things went their way on Thursday too. The Beetdiggers came out on top against the Colts by a score of 3-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Beetdiggers.

Jordan had a slow start but a hot finish: after dropping the first set, they turned around to win the next three. The match finished with set scores of 21-25, 25-15, 25-21, 25-19.

Jordan found their leader in freshman Elsie Hess, who had 30 assists.

The win got Jordan back to even at 13-13. As for Cottonwood, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost 13 of their last 16 matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-19 record this season.

Coincidentally, Jordan and Cottonwood will both be playing East the next time they take the court. The Colts will host the Leopards at 6:30 p.m. on Friday, while the Beetdiggers will head out to face them at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
